GENERAL

You will have access to the 6-week workout plan for 9 weeks after you sign up, there will be a buffer time if you missed a few days.

The recipe plans have lifetime access so there will be no cut off date for those.

I personally, have no qualifications within the fitness industry, however, this whole programme has been designed and accredited with Jason who has the following qualifications;

- BSc (Hons) 1st class degree in Sports Exercise and Science
- Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification
- Level 4 Advanced Sports Nutrition Qualification

Jason has been in the fitness industry for 15 years, successfully running a PT business, building many transformation programmes and also managing a number of gyms in central London. I can honestly say he is one of the best Personal Trainers I have come across, hence why I am so excited we are able to build this together for you guys. Although I personally have no formal qualifications, I am extremely experienced with fitness, I have competed and trained to a high level of sport since an extremely young age.

WORKOUT FAQ's

All levels of fitness, it is totally dependant on how slow or how intense you want to take it! However all exercises can be performed with any level of fitness.

By the time you have completed the 6 week plan there will be a new and exciting challenge for you to try next, don’t worry we will be constantly updating you new workouts and ways to push yourself!

Absolutely - if you have any concerns or need any help during the plan, please email [email protected] and we will endeavour to reply within 24-48 hours. We are here with you every step of the way.

For the 6-week transformation plan, you will need

- 1 Challenging weight
- Two hand weights
- 1 Short resistance band
- 1 Long resistance band

I have linked all relevant equipment within the Fitness By Lucy May section, however, you can use whatever form of weights that will work for you.

Also, look around your home and see if there is anything you can use there, I’m talking detergent bottles, wine bottles, tins!

Yes! Every exercise has a written and photographed demonstration so it is totally clear for you guys. You will also see us perform some of the moves in the weekly motivational videos you will receive!

RECIPE / COOKING FAQ's

Every single day, without fail! I have a juice first thing in the morning before I have my breakfast on an empty stomach. It works wonders for me, and really helps with bloating!

No never, I believe in working hard, eating good food and everything in moderation!

I wouldn’t but anything ’stodgy’ in a juicer, for example, banana and avocado don’t juice well. I always peel oranges, lemons and limes. Most other ingredients can be juiced as they are. Follow the manufacturer's guidelines that come with your juicer.

Nothing in specific, however all the ingredients are listed so if there is anything you are unable to eat within that list, please do not make that recipe!
